Tuska 2026 on artistilistan osalta valmis. Viimeiset lisäykset ovat 45V-juhlia viettävä japanilainen Loudness, Janne Wirmanin sivuprojektina aikoinaan alkunsa saanut Warmen sekä modernin metallin, post-hardcoren ja elektronisen intensiteetin yhdistelmää toimittava leedsiläinen Caskets.
